Terms & Condition
• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
• We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
• Venue booking fees, vendor payments, and taxes are non-refundable under all circumstances, including client-initiated cancellations.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is due on the event date.
• Event Refunds will be processed only after cancellation approval.
• Event Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks, subject to banking procedures.
• Event Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If any venue is booked through us, the venue booking amount is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason or timing of cancellation. Dates may be changed once, subject to venue availability. If a cancellation occurs after the venue has been booked, no part of the venue fee will be refunded under any circumstance.
• Only the event-related charges (excluding venue fees) may be considered for a refund, subject to cancellation timelines, vendor commitments, and management discretion.
• Cancellation requests must be sent to sulagnatheeuphoriawedding@gmail.com.
• You are responsible for choosing vendors. If we arrange vendors on your behalf, we are not liable for their services, performance, or any related disputes.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions or those of your guests during the event.
• Event-related payments (excluding venue fees) may be adjusted against a future date if the event is rescheduled, subject to availability and prior approval.
• All disputes will be handled by the courts in Kolkata, where our company is registered.
